Gratitude Journal Stories: What I'm Thankful for Today (June)

I'm thankful for my exercise goals today. I achieved 1 minute plank, 30reps 3set squat, 30reps (15x each) 3 set lunges. That's gonna be tired for sure but I was glad to feel the fresh air in the morning with sweat in my body. A boiled egg in the morning made me more powerful although I never took my breakfast before.
I'm thankful for good energy coming in. I passed my schedule for today. I did my assigment, online class, and self improvement (read good book and article which inspire me) to keep my body healty and mindfulness. I did from the easiest one to finish my final exam.
I'm thankful for still keep in touch with my friends. Today my friends visited me without telling me, I'm little bit suprised! She told that her was worried to me because I'm not answered her messages and calls. (FYI, a day ago I just need my own space so I decided to deactivated my social media and my number for a while). I'm sorry to not telling them.
I'm thankful for my father still here. Today is his birthday! I wanna say Happy Birthday. Although my father was not here (home) but I would send best prayers for him. I knew his not busy or don't cares with us but he was busy to make his children happy. (We live in another path right? ) So, he just did what his best! ❤️

I'm thankful for woke up earlier without slept again. Being productive in the morning it is something nice to changes my habbit. I became more happy this morning.
I'm thankful for did meditation in the morning. I tried meditation with mindfulness methods. Mindfulness meditation is a mental training practice that teaches you to slow down racing thoughts, let go of negativity, and calm both your mind and body. It can be defined as a mental state that involves being fully focused on "the now" so you can acknowledge and accept your thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgment.
I'm thankful for still keep in touch with my best friends college. This is our special day to see each others after pandemic towards this world (yeah our college closed since March, 16th). This day full of love, laugh and happiness. Thank you to completed my day my bestie ❤️
I'm thankful for today for talking a lot with people. I always isolated myself before because sometimes I feel like I'm not deserve to talk with anyone but today I break my wall and stand up for who am I. That's amazing right?!

I'm thankful for being productive to made curriculum vitae and send my internship application. Hm I wish my application also my friends is accepted by recruiter.
I'm thankful for enjoy my day. Today I am just lying, watching movies and series and eating foods. Today is not productive like before but this is my way to re-energise myself and I was glad no exception.
I'm thankful for organized my assignment. This week I'm little bit busy because my assignment for my final exam but it's okay because I am doing one by one, little by little.

I'm thankful for meet new acquaintance. I knew this person from my friends, she would help me to learn Islam more deeply and help me to keep istiqomah in my Din. Insya Allah.

I'm thankful for keep reading nice article. This is the simplest thing to changed my mind to more insightful and fixed my behaviour. Currently I'm curious about history in the world and Duke and Ducces of Cambridge. I dont know why, but I just like it.
